CORE. A compact oven designed for Refining®. CORE has been developed to finish the baking process of pre / partial baked products. A typical scenario may involve the partial baking of products in a serieS or serieT oven off site, followed by transportation to a final site for finishing with CORE. Pre-cooking parameters from other Moretti Forni ovens are recalled by CORE and it completes the baking process perfectly. It can also be used to complete the baking of oven-ready semi-finished goods, and also any cook from scratch gastronomy dishes.

The tablet with intuitively remote-controlled slider interface and SmartBaking® App is delivered with the oven. Only 1 tablet is required for a single, double, triple, or quadruple set up.
