The Cuppone pizza press will press your dough into perfectly uniform pizza bases and is a huge time saver when pressing out dough balls for pizza-making.

The patented design is invaluable for pizzerias that have a high turnover and will pay for itself in no time as a skilled Pizza Chef is not required. The pizza dough presses work by setting exactly the thickness required and then every single pizza base is produced with perfect uniformity according to your settings. 

The Cuppone Pizza Press is a hot press and has heated plates which create a sealed layer holding back the gas produced in the natural fermentation of the dough. This produces even cooking. The temperature that the pizza dough press should be is around 150c.

The Cuppone pizza press comes in 5 sizes from 300mm to 500mm depending on what size pizza base you require. The standard dough press features plates with a bevelled edge for maintaining the edge or crust on the pizza. You can also purchase each size of press with totally flat plates if you do not require an edge, or if you are using the press for a different dough product that does not require an edge.

If you want to make more than one size of pizza base then you should choose the model according to the maximum size that you plan to produce.
