GI METAL

GI METAL is an Italian company that has been designing and producing it's own pizza accessories since 1986. A philosophy of creativity, research, and perfectionism come together to produce a series of pizza tools designed for professional use by those who make and serve pizza.

GI Metal products are unexpectedly light and hard wearing due the materials and production methods used. These production methods are constantly analysed and updated to obtain maximum functionality, ease of use, solidity and safety. The materials used are rigorously European-origin stainless steel with low nickel percentage, aluminium alloy treatments to increase the products’ resistance and hygiene, innovative polymers for plastic die cast handles to render the products resistant to high temperatures and collisions, and glue-free steamed beech wood treated with natural, non-toxic methods certified for food use.
