12" Heavy Duty Perforated Aluminium Pizza Screen

Our 12" heavy duty perforated aluminium pizza screens are manufactured in the UK by experienced metal spinners based in Sheffield. These aluminium screens can be used for baking traditional Italian style pizzas. The perforated holes help give the base a crispy finish and allow for an airflow to give even baking. Given their construction, the perforated screen will be more durable than a mesh screen in a busy demanding kitchen. Please note that due to the manufacturing process the screens can only be perforated up to 15" across.
