13" Aluminium Pizza Pan

Our 13" aluminium pizza pans are manufactured in the UK by experienced metal spinners based in Sheffield. These pizza pans are suitable for use in both deck ovens and conveyor ovens. They are 0.75" deep and can be used for baking from fresh or part baked dough. Aluminium pans are lighter than black iron pans but aluminium is a softer metal so they will be less durable.

All aluminium pans must be seasoned before use. This process involves applying a thin layer of oil to the pan and baking it in the oven at a high temperature. This will help prevent the dough from sticking. The pan will also darken resulting in it reflecting less heat.
