iDeck ovens are made of stainless steel with a baking surface in refractory brick for even heat distribution. The electronic iDeck features Dual-Power Technology™ power management. This enables the user to set one chamber temperature, and a power level for the floor and for the ceiling, this ensures perfect baking of pizza either directly on the refractory surface or on a tray / pan.

The door of the baking chamber features a full length handle for an easy grip, and tempered glass for better control of the product during baking The internal illumination is placed in a dedicated space for a higher protection from possible impacts.

All iDeck ovens can be installed as countertop ovens but also available are optional stands, provers, and hoods.
