Turning peels or small peels are used to rotate pizzas in the oven whilst they are baking and also to remove them once baked. GI Metal's range of Azzurra turning peels are durable and light. They are manufactured entirely from stainless steel which avoids heat transfer from the oven. The bottom of the handle and the intermediate sliding handle are made from high density polymer which is resistant to heat and impacts.
