The L line spiral dough machines from GGF feature as standard a fixed head and bowl, and are suitable for any type of dough. The body of the machine is painted steel and the bowl, spiral and protective grid are made from stainless steel. Each machine is equipped with wheels, timer, and a dough breaker pin.
