Scandia, a UK based manufacturer, have been manufacturing refrigerated cold rooms for over 30 years. Scandia coldrooms are designed for keeping all foodstuffs at the correct temperature in a foodsafe environment. From +5°C for fruits and vegetables down through +4°C for game, +2°C for general storage to 0/-2°C for meats and fish, -18/-25°C for frozen storage.

All coldrooms are made to measure therefore optimising the space available. There are no restrictions as with other manufacturers’ offering only set sizes. Due to the unique sectional manufacturing process Scandia coldrooms can easily be extended as your business grows.

Scandia coldrooms are delivered flat packed by their own transport, unloaded and assembled by their trained technicians. Scandia coldrooms are fitted with Zanotti refrigeration systems for proven reliability and efficiency. However, coldrooms can be installed without refrigeration equipment enabling your local refrigeration company to install their preferred system.

Freestanding shelving, mobile racking, wall rails and ceiling rails can all be incorporated with the installation. A full, detailed survey is undertaken before manufacture. Installation can be completed in a few hours within two weeks from receipt of order. A CAD diagram of your cold room will also be provided.
