Moretti Forni - Grain Pizzy Deck Oven - ELECTRIC

The Grain concept provides pizza professionals with the complete economical package for the mixing, forming and perfect baking of pizzas.

Grain Pizzy Ovens are available in single or double stack versions and are designed fro the cost-effective, perfect baking of pizzas. Available in a number of sizes with one or two completely Independent baking chambers the economical Pizzy oven incorporates a refractory brick deck and electromechanical temperature control. The baking chambers are uniformly heated by armoured heating elements and are lit by internal lighting. The ovens are available as countertop models, with stand or with proving cabinet base.

The Moretti P110 oven combines efficiency with state-of-the-art technology to provide the ideal baking environment for the perfectly uniform cooking of pizzas.

The large refractory baking deck enables an optimal baking running and allows a high production output. These superb pizza ovens are available in single or duo-stack options with a proving cabinet which has a humidifier option, or two sizes of stand.
